Contact information: You have the option whether to provide any information to us. For online services—including websites, surveys, action alerts, email lists or video conferences —you may only need to provide a name and valid email address to access services.

 

Personal background information: For more involved on personal SCHOLZ CTC services, you may be asked to provide more detailed contact and background information regarding your circumstances and the types of services or assistance requested. For individual coaching sessions and some workshop formats, you can optionally send us your curriculum vitae (CV) as well as information on your concerns or questions. In case of a virtual workshop or coaching session, we require the coachee’s contact details (e.g. telephone number or email address). In some cases, coachees can also hand in abstracts for research proposals.  Self-paying individuals need to provide us with their e-mail or postal address for the invoice. Again, SCHOLZ CTC does not sell, lease, distribute or otherwise use any such personally identifiable information for any purpose other than evaluating requests for and/or providing services or assistance.

 

Policy regarding children: SCHOLZ CTC sites and services are not directed to children and children are not eligible to use our sites or services. SCHOLZ CTC does not knowingly collect or store any personal information about children.

 

 

3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

 

Non-Identifiable Information: SCHOLZ CTC makes no use of third-party analytics providers, such as Google Analytics, to monitor and assess website and email traffic.

 

Publicly available information: SCHOLZ CTC may use publicly available information about clients for the purpose of understanding their interest in or suitability for SCHOLZ CTC services or activities. Information shared with SCHOLZ CTC is stored in secure locations (Cloud based Data storage at Strato AG. See: https://www.strato.de/datenschutz/),  is accessible only by designated employees trained in the proper handling of such information, and used only for the purposes for which the information was shared. Information shared with SCHOLZ CTC is retained for as long as it is needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was shared with SCHOLZ CTC, to provide services or activities, or to comply with regular business operations, record-keeping or applicable laws, or regulations.
